INTRODUCTION: MEDIA STUDIES

Hi, my name is Thomas Atkinson. I would love to take you on a journey with me through the course of my AS/A levels. This is my first time ever doing a blog post, and its very exciting! This blog will offer you an insight exclusive of what the A level Media Studies course entails and I will be posting pieces of my coursework onto this blog as often as possible, to keep you up to date with the top recent content.

Time to give you an insight look into learning a bit about me. My hobbies are is I love to take photographs (Photography), I love listening to all sorts of music from pop to rock etc. Furthermore, I love watching films and TV shows. Right now I love watching these TV shows: American Horror Story, Doctor Foster, American Dad, Family Guy, and so forth. I just finished catching up on the TV show hit Pretty Little Liars which finished its last season this year in 2017 on season 7, this summer. I also, love to watch Orange is the new Black etc. I love all sorts of films, but I couldn't pick a specific film however, my favourite films from this year 2017 would have to be the new adaptation of Beauty and the Beast. I wanted to take this Media Studies course because, I did it at GCSE level and I would love to get an A level in Media Studies too, and I would love to achieve a career within the media business or be an astounding, amazing photographer who does Fashion/Celebrity photography. Though, I would never want to do a job as a photographer on the red carpet or be apart of the paparazzi as they are known to be quite mean, and brutal.
